Hey There

I'm Ellie,

So glad you are here. In this space you will find a piece of my journey and hopefully inspiration for yours... I can't wait to meet you and walk this path together.

All About Me

For a long time, I was searching for answers.

Answers about relationships. Answers about identity. Answers about why some people seem able to move forward while others find themselves repeating the same painful patterns.

The more I learned, the more I realised that many of us are carrying stories about ourselves that we never consciously chose. Stories about our worth, our relationships, our place in the world, and what we're capable of becoming.

My passion is helping people gently unpack those stories. Not to dwell in the past forever, but to better understand how the past may influence the present and, more importantly, what can be done from here.

I believe meaningful change happens through a combination of self-awareness, emotional understanding, practical tools, and intentional action.

Through one-to-one support, learning pathways, and guided personal development, I hope to create a space where people feel supported, understood, and empowered to reconnect with themselves.

Because healing doesn't begin when we become someone new.

It begins when we finally understand who we've been all along.

Today, I combine lived experience with ongoing professional training in counselling, NLP, and hypnosis to support people as they move toward greater clarity, confidence, and self-connection.

The Ele Fayne Philosophy

At Ele Fayne, we believe our stories matter, but they do not have to define our future.

The coping mechanisms, protective patterns, emotional walls, and beliefs we develop throughout life often began as acts of survival. They helped us navigate the experiences that shaped us.

Those strategies are not weaknesses. In many cases, they are evidence of resilience.

But what protects us in one chapter can sometimes limit us in the next.

Our work is not about becoming trapped in old wounds, nor about blaming the past for everything that followed. It is about understanding where we came from, recognising the strengths we built along the way, and deciding who we want to become from here.

We believe healing begins the moment we stop abandoning ourselves.

We believe people are more than their wounds, more than their attachment styles, and more than the experiences that shaped them.

And we believe that understanding your story is important, but creating your next chapter is equally important.
